Anniversary, reunion, family gathering? Looking for somewhere special to spend time with family, friends or colleagues?

If you've a larger gathering in mind (up to 18 plus infants), perhaps to celebrate a reunion, wedding anniversary, special birthday, retirement or some other family occasion, the self-catering cottages at White Lodge Farm can provide the perfect setting.

Or perhaps you're looking for a comfortable venue for a bridge weekend or simply for a group of friends and family to get together without anyone feeling that they have to be the host.

Organising a large group to stay at White Lodge Farm needn't mean making compromises. We've made sure that everyone in the party can dine together - the dining table in the Barn seats 18 - and having a larger group does not mean compromising on comfort either - don't expect to find a sofa bed or a Z-bed at White Lodge Farm Cottages!

With the larger group in mind:

• The Barn, which accommodates 12, can be booked in conjunction with either Dairy Cottage (sleeps up to six guests plus infants) or Stable Cottage (also sleeping up to six guests plus infants) for a weekend or midweek short break.

• Booking the Barn in conjunction with either Dairy Cottage or Stable Cottage gives a group a total of 12 beds across nine bedrooms.

• The Barn has two dishwashers.

• There is ample parking.

• There are a number of caterers locally only too happy to prepare food for your party and, in some cases, serve it as well if this is your preference.

• If you do decide to self-cater the cooks needn't be banished to the kitchen - the principal room in the Barn has been designed as an integrated space with kitchen, dining, and comfortable seating area (although there's also a large sitting room on the upper floor).

• We would be happy to assist you in arranging activities (and transport, if required) at either White Lodge Farm or local venues - but, if you'd rather organise things yourself, we'd be happy to make suggestions and to provide you with the benefit of our local knowledge.

We should mention that we are unable to accommodate "open house" arrangements in the cottages at White Lodge Farm (as, except by special arrangement, access to the cottages and the grounds is limited to guests booked to stay at White Lodge Farm).
