Photography courses
Elsewhere on this site there's a page of information on where to go to take some iconic Norfolk photographs. If, however, you’d like to take advantage of some unique and very special opportunities to further develop your photography skills whilst in Norfolk this page includes some ideas.
Chris HerringBased in Norfolk, Chris Herring takes some stunning landscapes and seascapes. As a full time professional photographer he has undertaken a range of photography commissions for small local business to large world-wide businesses. Chris regularly has work published in local and national magazines, and is a regular contributor of images and articles to a number of the UK’s leading photography magazines. Chris shares his skills in a series of one-day and half-day workshops. These tend to be booked up well in advance so, if these don’t have a slot to suit you, why not speak to Chris about one of his half-day or full-day one-to-one photographic workshops?
All the picures above - Cley Windmill, a windmill at How Hill, and the atmospheric photograph of Cromer Pier - were taken by Tony on group photographic workshops with Chris Herring. Chris MillsChris Mills is fortunate enough to be able to combine his love and in-depth knowledge of birds and other forms of wildlife with his other passion - photography. Chris Mills offers a range of bird watching and wildlife courses for a day or longer and also photographic workshops, specialising in the photography of birds, mammals and insects. There is a range of workshops - shared and one-to-one, as well as tours, often aimed at photographing a specific subject matter, such as barn owls, marsh harriers or swallowtail butterflies. If you’re seeking inpsiration there are examples on Chris Mill’s website of images taken by clients on his photography workshops. This picture of a Little Egret was taken by Tony at Morston on a one-to-one with Chris Mills. Contact details
