BookingsWe offer a personalised booking service - no call centres and no on-line booking. Correspondence and enquiries are answered by Helen or Tony personally and promptly. It is important to us that the self catering accommodation at White Lodge Farm Cottages meets (and, ideally, exceeds) your expectations and that you enjoy your stay, so we're happy to take your call - be it to answer questions or to make a booking - seven days a week, 365 days a year, up to 10pm. On receipt of your booking request we will check that we have understood your requirements as set out on the form (we'll contact you if the dates you require are not available to discuss any possible alternatives). If your party can be accommodated we will send you the details of your provisional booking, which will be held for you for 7 days. If we receive the appropriate deposit (or if there are less than eight weeks to your time of arrival, payment in full) within that 7-day period we will take this as meaning that you have agreed to make a booking on the terms set out in our confirmation. If, however, we do not receive both the payment then due and the signed booking form within the 7-day period we will assume that you do not wish to proceed and will seek to let the accommodation to someone else.
