Bookings

We've tried to make the booking process simple and sure. All correspondence and enquiries are answered by one of us personally and as it is important to us that the self catering accommodation at White Lodge Farm Cottages meets your expectations and that you enjoy your stay we're happy to answer any questions ahead of you confirming your booking. We're happy to take your call any day of the week, up to 11pm.

To book more than three weeks before your proposed date of arrival

Either:

• Telephone us with details of your party and their requirements

or

• Download the booking request form (this requires Adobe Acrobat Reader - if you do not have a copy a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader may be downloaded by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page).
• Complete the booking request form, specifying any matters which are of particular importance to you, so that we are clear of your requirements and can ascertain if, as we would hope would be the case, they can be accommodated.
• Send the completed booking request form to the address on the form (do not send any money at this time).

On receipt of your booking request we will check that we have understood your requirements as set out on the form (we'll contact you if the dates you require are not available to discuss any possible alternatives).

If your party can be accommodated we will send you the details of your provisional booking, which will be held for you for 7 days.

If we receive the appropriate deposit (or if there are less than eight weeks to your time of arrival, payment in full) within that 7-day period we will take this as meaning that you have agreed to make a booking on the terms set out in our confirmation. If, however, we do not receive both the payment then due and the signed booking form within the 7-day period we will assume that you do not wish to proceed and will seek to let the accommodation to someone else.

To book less than three weeks before your proposed date of arrival

Please telephone us if you wish to make a booking less than three weeks in advance.

Please note:

• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, a copy of which is available on this website and which will be sent to you with details of your provisional booking.
• No payment is expected until we're able to confirm that your choice of accommodation is available when you want it to be and you have confirmed that you wish to proceed.
• All we ask for when you confirm your booking is a deposit of 30% of the basic price and for the remainder of the payments due to reach us at least 8 weeks before your arrival date. A £100 security bond is also due at that time. This will be refunded in full promptly following your departure if the property is left as it is found.
• Payments may be made by cheque or bank transfer.
