The copyright in most of the photographs on this website vests in Tony Richardson and such images may only be reproduced with his consent.

Newspaper and magazine publishers are, however, most welcome to use the images of White Lodge Farm Cottages appearing on this page (only) on a royalty-free basis if they are able, in return, to meet a few conditions. If you cannot meet those conditions but still wish to use these images please contact us as it may be possible to agree the terms of a royalty-bearing licence. Royalty free licence - Conditions

1. A royalty-free licence is granted to publishers to use each of the images appearing on this web page ("the Licensed Images") on and subject to the remaining conditions being met.



2. The licence applies only to the printed form (free or paid-for) of publications which are published daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly.



3. Any Licensed Images used must have a caption, or be presented on the same page as or in close proximity to text, which makes it clear that the Image is of "White Lodge Farm Cottages, Norfolk" and which includes either the domain name www.whitelodgefarmcottages.co.uk or the contact number 01953 850435.



4. No claim may be asserted, either in the article, elsewhere in the publication or otherwise, that copyright in any Licensed Image lies with anyone other than A Richardson.



5. No print of any article containing any Licensed Image may be provided to any person unless that print contains the information stipulated in condition 3 above.

9. In any publication in which any Licensed Image is used the context of its use and any copy accompanying it must not be in any way denigratory of White Lodge Farm Cottages, their owners, operators or any person otherwise having any connection with them (including persons staying as guests), nor must any comments be made, whether or not referring to any such person or to White Lodge Farm Cottages, which might be implied by those seeing the publication as being denigratory of any of them.



10. No comment may be attributed in any publication in which a Licensed Image is used to any person connected with White Lodge Farm Cottages unless the publication of such comments has been agreed to by the person to whom they are attributed.



11. This licence does not extend to the use of Licensed Images in advertising or promotional material (include self-advertising).

3. No claim may be asserted that copyright in any AR Licensed Image lies with anyone other than A Richardson.
